Resident Evil Requiem Could Bring Back Leon, Chris and Others in DLC

Resident Evil Requiem is missing some of the series’ most beloved characters, but if the rumors are true, it may only be a matter of time before they return.

According to a Chinese leaker, who has been reliable in the past, Resident Evil Requiem will receive two story DLCs. At the moment, Capcom has officially confirmed only one expansion, but the leak suggests there is more planned. These DLCs could be the chance to see some familiar characters again.

The rumor says that in the first DLC, we may see Alyssa Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy. In the second DLC, players could take control of Chris Redfield and Ada Wong.

The same leaker had already shared correct information before, including details about the game before launch and a mini-game planned for May, which was later mentioned by director Koshi Nakanishi and producer Masato Kumazawa.

Still, as always with this kind of information, it’s best to take it with a pinch of salt. As more details become available, we’ll make sure to let you guys know.

In other news, Resident Evil Requiem has achieved a record-breaking 7 million copies sold worldwide in less than two months, officially becoming the fastest-selling game in the series’ history.
