Klei Entertainment hates you. Well, they like you in that they want to give you more of their bizarre wilderness survival game Don’t Starve. But it’s clear that they hate you because Reign of Giants brings you four seasons to suffer through until you have an existential crisis upon the realization that you will die. Maybe it’ll be a lack of nuts and berries to eat! Maybe it will be a crushing insanity that will slowly but surely bear down on you! It’ll probably be those asshole spiders, though.
If you can deal with this love/hate relationship, you’ll be happy to know that the DLC will be available on PS4 on July 22 for NA and July 23 for EU. It’ll cost you $4.99 and PS Plus members will get a 10% discount. I loved the original game, and with the new mobs, expanded seasons, new biomes, new inventions…yeah, I certainly won’t be starving for content, oh ho ho.
