The official YouTube channel of Genie Boy Games just released a new launch trailer, confirming the release of their debut, T.W.I.R.L. The game is out now on Steam with a 15% launch discount, so this is the best time to grab it if you were thinking of giving it a try.
The game takes players on a psychological terror ride where you play as a 9-year-old in your childhood home. Every night at 3 AM, when everyone is asleep, the child wakes up due to an otherworldly pull that instructs him to move through the dark. No one is supposed to know your secrets, not even your family, and you have to face them alone.
While the developers didn’t reveal much about the story, it is good that players can now get a firsthand experience with it. T.W.I.R.L. is available to play today on PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam for $5.99 with a 15% launch discount. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch versions will launch later this year.
