SUBJECT 404 is an upcoming PSX-style psychological horror game developed by BESK Entertainment built around one rule: obey the panel.
In the game, you play as a test subject who wakes up inside an unknown facility and receives timed commands. The commands start simple, then become increasingly disturbing. Refuse or fail, and the Executioner intervenes.
Subject 404 combines fast, tense microgames with cinematic psychological horror and metaphorical storytelling. Each room in the facility gives the player a short command to obey under pressure.
What begins as simple tests slowly turns into a disturbing narrative about control, routine, guilt, and the systems people follow without questioning.
