Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X HD hits tomorrow, here’s some new screens

Resident Evil 4 hit the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 last week, via PSN and Games on Demand, respectively. But this week marks the digital release of Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X, or as I like to call it: Resident Evil 4 proper (but I’ll delve more into this in my review on this week’s reHorror). The game will launch tomorrow on both Xbox 360 Games on Demand and PSN for 1600 msp and $20, respectively. But if you happen to be a Playstation Plus member then you’ll be able to purchase the game at half off its original price, for $10. Not bad, right? Also, PSN users who buy the game will– like with Resident Evil 4 HD last week– receive five free avatars.

I’ve been enjoying CODE: Veronica X HD quite a lot since I started it last week, and I was almost forgetting how much I loved this entry in the series. And for those wondering: yes, this game actually does look much nicer than before. It’s a much better “HD” version than what Resident Evil 4 received if you ask me, but hey, you’ll be the judge tomorrow. For now, though, here are some new screens to help ease the day-long wait.
