It’s the Gold Edition, to be exact, meaning that you get a bunch of DLC goodies, with the most notable content being the Lost in Nightmares and Desperate Escape episodes. You can purchase the game at the price of $29.99, and as always, Playstation Plus members get a good deal here: 25% off the original asking price.
I know a good chunk of the gaming audience don’t really side with digital in the whole physical vs. digital scenario, but in cases like this it’s quite nice and even satisfying. I don’t know, just something about being able to boot up my PS3 to find all the main Resident Evil games (excluding Remake and 0, of course) residing comfortably amongst each other is quite delightful, to me at least.
