I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream is an amazing game and I doubt anybody would argue against that, but to think this cult-classic would still receive updates 19 years after its original release is astounding. Yet, here we are with another update to this point & click title from 1995.
This particular patch adds the book the game is based on to the installation folder, makes it easier to backup and restore save-files, fixes an issue with the mouse controls and allows all users to access the soundtrack of the game. Aside from fixing the problem with mouses stuttering on some computers, this is mostly extra content being added to the package, which is pretty cool. Adding the book to the game’s files is also an ingenious idea that will probably make a lot of literature fans really happy.
