Alien: Isolation gets new behind-the-scenes video devoted to its music

I’ve been in a sort of Alien kick lately. I’ve read through a couple of the novels (Out of the Shadows and the first film’s novelization) and I’m planning to re-watch Prometheus this weekend. But I’m trying really hard to not get my hopes up too high for the upcoming game, Alien: Isolation. I mean, we all know what happens when we do that…

SEGA has just released a brand new trailer for the game focusing on its music and sound design. The team at Creative Assembly has made sure to stay as authentic as possible to the seminal, sci-fi horror 1979 film. The studio has been granted access to the film’s original score and loads of audio recordings. By the looks and sounds of it (as well as hands-on impressions from various outlets), Alien: Isolation could be the game xenomorph lovers have been waiting for. We’ll have to wait and see when the game launches on October 7!
