Tangiers, The 7th Guest 3, and more now Greenlit on Steam

Steam has just Greenlit 50 new games for the service, today. Among the 50 are a handful of spooky games that fans of things-that-go-bump-in-the-night might appreciate.

Officially coming to Steam is Tangiers: a stealth game that features the use of words as weapons; The 7th Guest 3: the latest entry in this classic adventure series; Shadowgate: a reimagining of the NES title of the same name; and KILL THEM ALL: a zombie-alien shooter.

I’m personally really excited to try out Tangiers – its got an esoteric visual style and unique gameplay mechanics. I’d recommend giving that one some extra attention as it’s got some neat ideas with lots of potential.

The 7th Guest 3 is such a damn stupid name…There was never a The 7th Guest 2, it was The 11th Hour: The Sequel to the 7th Guest. This game should be called The 13th (something) but no, The 7th Guest 3: The Collector? They do not know how to name a game…The 13th Collection maybe?

Anyway I am looking forward to that and The Town of Light. Dolhouse: Room 1313 looks interesting as do a few others.
