Survival horror fans got to experience the retro-style, atmospheric side-scroller Home back when it originally release on the PC in 2012. Then its audience expanded when the game hit mobile devices. Now its due for another version, this time for Sony’s platforms.
Benjamin Rivers’ Home will be releasing on PlayStation 4 and Vita sometime this year. It wasn’t revealed if this new version would be getting anything exclusive, but it’s confirmed to have all the previous updates.
Just like with Outlast, I never got to play Home, along with other great PC survival horror games. But with the PlayStation 4 being a great and welcoming platform for indie developers, I’ll finally get to experience it. Yeah, yeah, I know, I’ve been missing out big time by not investing in PC gaming.
