The Blood of Dawnwalker was one of this month’s most anticipated releases. After launching on September 3, the first offering from newcomers Rebel Wolves is off to a strong start for both the studio and publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment.

Just two days after release, the game’s official X (formerly Twitter) account confirmed that it had already sold one million units. The Blood of Dawnwalker has also received over 6,000 reviews on Steam, with a “Very Positive” rating, at the time of writing.

The game is also performing well on Steam, reaching nearly 80,000 concurrent players recently, currently an all-time peak. This gives it a strong start following the launch, though it remains to be seen whether it can maintain this momentum in the weeks ahead, especially with September being a major month for gaming.

Nonetheless, if you haven’t played it yet, The Blood of Dawnwalker is available on on PlayStation 5Xbox Series X/S, and on PC via Steam.
