Silent Hill: Townfall is just a month away from launch, and Konami has now officially unveiled the cast for the upcoming title. As previously confirmed by the developers, the game would be getting a new trailer at Gamescom. Following the Opening Night Live presentation, a cast reveal trailer was released on the official Silent Hill YouTube channel.
The latest trailer is just over a minute long and gives us both a fresh look at the title and a great listen to the talented cast behind the upcoming game. Jovan Adepo (The Odyssey, IT: Welcome to Derry, The 3-Body Problem) voices Simon Ordell, the game’s protagonist.
Terry O’Quinn (Lost, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live) voices Richard, an enigmatic man who summons Simon back to St. Amelia. Kezia Burrows (Observation) plays Zoe, a compassionate nurse whose voice reaches Simon through layers of static on a CRTV.
Since horror games rely heavily on voice acting to amplify terror, it is great to see Silent Hill: Townfall bringing some impressive talent to its cast. Hopefully, the actors will do justice to their respective characters and help make the game’s unsettling atmosphere even more effective.
Silent Hill: Townfall launches on September 24 and will be available on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.
