Acclaimed composer Akira Yamaoka, best known for his haunting and emotional soundtracks to the Silent Hill video game and film series, has announced his first-ever U.S. tour, presented by Live Nation. The highly anticipated tour will bring Yamaoka’s iconic music to life through an immersive live performance experience, blending atmospheric soundscapes, visual storytelling, and the chilling beauty that defined a generation of psychological horror.
The tour begins February 19, 2026 in Los Angeles, CA at The Belasco, and will make stops across the country including Phoenix, San Diego, Orlando, New York, Dallas, and Austin. Opening each night on the tour will be Raj Ramayya, the internationally acclaimed singer, composer, and lyricist known for his work on Cowboy Bebop, Resident Evil, and collaborations with Yoko Kanno.
Ramayya will join Yamaoka on tour as the two celebrate the release of their powerful new collaboration, “Encrypted Code Reality”, arriving October 31. The electrifying single, which also serves as the theme song for the upcoming feature film War Party (2026, Karmafilm), fuses Yamaoka’s industrial and cinematic atmospheres with Ramayya’s soaring vocals and emotional lyricism. Together, they create a sound that blurs the line between digital isolation and human connection, a haunting and immersive experience that will come to life on their first-ever U.S. tour.
