Resident Evil Requiem isn’t even a month old yet, and the modding community has already done a fantastic job, releasing multiple mods and improving the game further by adding features that were missing from the original game for their own fun. It appears that modders are far from being done, as there is already a VR mod out for Resident Evil Requiem.
Since the title has been out for only a short period, nobody expected the VR mod to come out so soon as Capcom took two years to release the VR version of Resident Evil Village. The modding community took it upon themselves this time, as a modder named ‘Talemann1982’ just released the latest VR mod for fans who want to experience the title in a more immersive way.
Recently, the YouTube channel Gamertag VR released a video trying out the mod, and it looks surpisingly well done. You can already enjoy the game in 6DOF with your motion controller. The mod also offers proper motion for using the axe in the game, making the experience even scarier.
You can check out the full video below to see how Resident Evil Requiem looks in VR and if it’s worth trying on a headset. You can download the mod from NexusMods. It is best to check out all the requirements before downloading, as it needs both REFramework and VigEm. Follow us for more updates on new Resident Evil mods and news.
