Resident Evil 3: Nemesis begins a day earlier, on September 28, as former S.T.A.R.S. member Jill Valentine fights to escape the city amidst the chaos of the outbreak. Her journey overlaps with Leon and Claire’s time in Raccoon City, but later jumps forward beyond the events of Resident Evil 2 to depict the city’s final hours. Her journey not only captures the desperation of Raccoon City’s final hours but also pulls back the curtain further on the Umbrella Corporation.
Both titles are enhanced with up-rendering for sharper visuals, rewind functionality, quick save support, and custom video filters — modern touches that keep the experience accessible without compromising their tense, old-school atmosphere.
