Award-winning developer and publisher Stormind Games recently announced Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy, the third entry in the franchise. The first gameplay trailer was also revealed last month. However, it seems that the developers have been cooking up more for fans than we initially believed.
Before releasing the third entry, the developers have more plans for the first two entries in the series, as the team has announced remastered editions of both Remothered: Tormented Fathers and Remothered: Broken Porcelain, coming later this year.
Both remasters are built using Unreal Engine 5 and will introduce major visual and technical improvements. The team has confirmed that the remastered editions preserve the original gameplay and atmosphere while enhancing the visuals for a modern audience.
Regarding the remasters, CEO and CO-founder of Stormind Games, Antonio Cannata, said:
Remothered is a franchise we continue to deeply believe in. After confirming that a new chapter will arrive later this year, these Remastered editions represent another step in our commitment to this universe and to the community that has supported it over the years. We want to keep strengthening the franchise by honoring its past while building its future.

- Overall improvements to stability and gameplay quality
We will have to wait a bit longer to know the exact release dates for Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered and Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered, as the team says they will share more in the coming months.
Both Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered and Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered are currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, GOG, and the Microsoft Store.
