THQ Nordic and Tarsier Studios have announced that pre-orders for REANIMAL are now open on Nintendo Switch 2, giving more players the chance to join the new co-op horror game.
The game, previously announced for a worldwide release on Friday, February 13, 2026, will launch simultaneously on Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. This ensures players across all major platforms can experience its chilling co-op gameplay at the same time.
Pre-orders for REANIMAL first opened on November 20, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Those who pre-order digitally will receive the Foxhead and Muttonhead Masks, exclusive cosmetic bonuses. There is also a Collector’s Edition of the game that comes with an artbook, stickers, PVC statues of Pig and Bucket, a map poster, and more.
THQ Nordic also confirmed that on December 16, 2025, REANIMAL officially went gold, meaning development is complete and the release for February 2026 is fully confirmed.
