Plura Ingenia: Patient 16 is a first-person psychological horror game where your personality shapes the experience. With a multitude of possible psychological profiles, almost no two evaluations unfold the same way. Uncover the mysteries surrounding the medical facility operated by Plura Ingenia, a corporation that claims to make humans “better.”
Developed by Oblique Interactive, a solo game developer based in Canada, Plura Ingenia: Patient 16 observes how you behave and adapts accordingly, altering events, hallucinations, and encounters based on your psychological profile, with multiple variations shaping how the experience unfolds. Some differences are subtle, altering tone or pacing, while others can fundamentally shift how certain situations play out.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION
Being part of the Plura Ingenia test program means undergoing a psychological evaluation. This evaluation determines who you are, your personality traits, and your deepest fears. As a result, you, your friends, and your favorite streamers will each experience a different playthrough – unless you all share the exact same personality profile.
GAMEPLAY
Running and hiding are your best options if you want to survive the program. Most of what is happening might be in your head, but it can still kill you. Look for items, interact and pick them up to survive the test. Choices matter, making the game highly replayable.
Plura Ingenia: Patient 16 is scheduled to launch for PC in Q3 2026, and is currently available to wishlist on Steam. A demo will be available starting March 17.
