Well it took nearly two years to do so, but the bizarre action title Lollipop Chainsaw has sold over one million copies. Grasshopper Manufacture announced via twitter that the game had recently hit the mark in sales since it’s release. It’s been about 20 months since the release of the game, so this announcement kind of came out of nowhere.
While selling a million copies in in nearly two years time doesn’t sound too impressive, it’s pretty amazing for a niche title like Lollipop Chainsaw. Who knows, maybe this will lead to a sequel in the future, lets hope so anyway!
