Dark Lessons is a first-person Lovecraftian horror game announced by Tall Tide Games, an independent one-man studio founded by Robert Seidel over two years ago. The developers have recently confirmed that a playable demo is available for players who are interested in another exciting indie horror project.
The title offers an intriguing story: you are invited to your biology teacher, Mrs. Glower’s, house for an after-school class, and it turns out to be a struggle for survival. Soon after reaching her house, a sudden blackout happens, and now you are trapped in a claustrophobic chamber with no electricity or even a torch, just a single candle is your only shield.
The players will have to uncover the twisted history of the Mrs. Glower family in Dark Lessons and solve puzzles to escape the house alive. While doing so, players will have to take care of the shadows, as they won’t be alone there. Something malevolent stirs in the dark, but there’s also a voice pleading for your help.
