The third entry in the Danganronpa visual novel series is set to release on September 1st (9/4 in Europe). NISA Marketing Coordinator, Jordan Vincent, has published a piece on the PlayStation Blog about Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls, with gameplay information and a new trailer to boot. But beware, if you have yet to play any game in the series, there will be spoilers as Another Episode takes place in between the first and second game, revealing the end-game twist for the first game in the series and characters in the second.
Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls is an action-shooter set in the same universe as the main-line Danganronpa games, and while it will be much faster in terms of gameplay, Jordan states that the series’ expertly crafted character and story writing will not be absent.
The new trailer includes voices from the English cast, and it’s not sounding too bad this time around. As I’ve said before, beware of spoilers!
