While it may be just a point and click adventure title, Kriophobia looks to please the old school survival horror fan in you, with fixed camera angles and other classic designs.
The story follows a woman who is in the middle of a disaster in an arctic facility. It’s visuals give off that comic-book feeling that I love, but it’s also attractive in that it uses very claustrophobic environments to put the pressure on.
There’s no confirmation on whether or not the game will be released for consoles or just for PC, but according to the devloper, firagames, both Sony and Microsoft have taken an interest in the project.
Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot of information available on the game right now, however it will involve the fixing of machinery in an effort to escape the facility. Maybe an increased interest from the gaming community might get the developer to shed a little light?
