Broken Windows Studios joins ID@Xbox program, Grave will come to Xbox One.

Grave Xbox One

So, when I first posted an article about Grave, a few people in the comments were asking why games like this never come to consoles. Surprise, surprise, now they do! Broken Windows Studios has signed up for the ID@Xbox program and is now free to publish their work on the Xbox One platform.

This was announced in an update on the game’s Kickstarter page yesterday and, while the company wasn’t ready to make a definitive statement yet, they also suggested that they would like to see the game on even more platforms. I am personally very excited about this, because as some of you stated in the last article, games like this are way too rare on consoles, so an awesome title like Grave could show other developers that there is definitely an audience to be found there. I am also glad to see that the library of monsters has expanded since the last time I browsed through the Kickstarter page and all the designs look just as nightmarish as I had hoped.

Grave has 15 days left to acquire their $30,000 funding on Kickstarter and has already raised 28% of that, so there’s still hope that they will succeed.
