Rumor Suggests Two Resident Evil Requiem DLCs Are Deep in Development, With One Focused on Leon

Resident Evil Requiem

Resident Evil Requiem was recently released, and the title has already seen massive success, selling over 5 million copies just five days after its launch and becoming the fastest in franchise history to do so. It is already a contender for GOTY as well.

However, it appears that the developers are ready to share more exciting news with fans in the near future. A notable leaker in the industry, Dusk Golem, has made a new tweet stating that the DLC for Resident Evil Requiem is already in late development.

Speaking further about it, the leaker claims there aren’t just one, but two DLCs currently in development. While one focuses on Alyssa’s backstory, the other will allow fans to continue to play as Leon Kennedy.

Recently I’ve been hearing a few times in the grapevine now there’s likely a Leon DLC.

It should also be noted that while Dusk Golem has been proven right many times in the past, it is best to take this rumor with a grain of salt until it’s officially confirmed. Even though Dusk has no idea when the DLCs will be released or announced, he said that the previously announced Amiibos, which will be released later in the summer, are part of the title’s DLC marketing.
