JBoc924A sequel to Resident Evil Degeneration, a true Resident Evil film, is coming by way of Resident Evil Damnation. Just like its precursor, it will be a fully animated CGI feature, the only difference being that this time 3D effects will be implemented. As aforementioned, I feel like Degeneration was the first true, successful, shot at converting the beloved franchise into a motion picture. Not just because of ‘actual’ character making the jump to the big screen in true fashion, but because it felt like stringing together all the cutscenes of an unreleased entry in the series and watching the product. In other words, it paid proper respect to the games, instead of butchering all the concepts presented in the source material. With that being said, I’m excited for ‘Damnation’ and really eager in knowing who the main character(s) might be. More info on the film as it comes.
