Well, From Software promised you’d die playing Dark Souls 2, and it looks like they delivered on that front. Since the game released last Tuesday, over 4 Million lives have been claimed in Dark Souls 2. Yes, you read that right, 4 Million deaths have been recorded in Dark Souls 2 since it’s launch 3 days ago.
Pretty impressive stats, definitely a good sign that the game is selling well. What I’d like to see though is an average of deaths per player, maybe that would be too humiliating for some though.
