Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed is a weird game, I know. But it’s a rather fun one that I was happy to have played a few months ago. For those that missed out on this silly open world game that revels in Otaku culture, XSEED is primed to release a PS4 version within the next month or two, and that version will have its own exclusive content and features.
In a Tumblr blog post made by the publisher today, we’re learning that Akiba’s Trip on the PS4 will not only have visual settings that adjust the game’s graphics, but a lot more.
For starters, a new ‘Toy Box Mode’ is going to be made available in the game from the start. Essentially, everything (weapons and clothes) will be unlocked instantly, with caveat being no trophies can be unlocked. Additionally, livestreamers of the game will be susceptible to viewer commands that do things such as summon the MC’s little sister, make pedestrians attack, or … something with panties. All existing DLC will be accessible as well.
Updated graphics, reduced load times, and larger street populations will also be found in this version. And last but not least there’s apparently a new function called “Bust Wave”, which uses the Dualshock 4’s touch panel. Uh … alright.
