Hellraiser: Revival Unleashes First Gameplay Trailer — A Sadistic Nightmare

Hellraiser: Revival

Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have released the first gameplay trailer for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, a story-driven single-player action horror game arriving in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The reveal confirms the long-awaited return of Doug Bradley as the voice of Pinhead, marking a major moment for fans of the franchise.

The trailer wastes no time plunging players into a grisly world overflowing with depravity, blasphemy, and flesh-rending terror. From infernal cultists and sex-dungeon fiends to grotesque Cenobite abominations, the footage showcases a relentless vision of Hell tailored for a new era of horror gaming.

Hellraiser: Revival follows Aidan, a man dragged into a sadistic nightmare after his girlfriend is taken by otherworldly forces. To save her, he must master the Genesis Configuration, a new puzzle box that grants devastating supernatural abilities. As Aidan navigates Hell’s realms, he’ll combine these powers with earthly weaponry to fight back against the Cenobites and their zealots.

Saber is promising a faithful but original story within Barker’s universe, complete with twisted rituals and the looming presence of Pinhead orchestrating the torment. In classic Hellraiser fashion, every encounter suggests that salvation may come at an unbearable cost.
