Silent Hill HD Collection delayed…again?

I'm a college student with a huge passion for gaming; horror being my favorite genre. I love being afraid to turn a corner or turn around in my games. The creepier the better.

Usually a retailer’s listing change is something to be taken with a grain of salt when regarding official release date changes. But when several retailers start to change their listings, something is going on.

Amazon, Gamefly, and Gamestop have changed the release date for the Silent Hill HD Collection from March 6th to March 20th, a week after the release of Downpour. Is this yet another delay for the Silent Hill HD Collection? We won’t know until Konami officially makes a statement.

If this delay is official, let’s hope it does not extend to the other two releases. We’ve had numerous delays already and it’s getting very confusing.

    This is good it allows me to use the 10$ credit from Downpour to HD collection making it that much cheaper. There won’t be a delay for DOwnpour it would be little too late to give reviewers a copy already like Game informer and other magazines to once again delay the game.

    I can’t believe this shit……… they need to quit pushing the dates back everytime they release a new silent hill. I just want to have hd collection right now. I get very impatient when it comes to waiting for a new silent hill……. Sorry about throwing a fit. :)

    It’s my birthday. My PSVita may arrive today. I’m too happy to be sad about a possible delay considering it’ll probably come out nearer Downpour in Europe anyway. :)

    Personally I still would have wanted too take on HD collection first so I could lay all time on Downpour.

    Guess I play through Downpour first and then take on HD.

    Not that its a major deal but wanted too explore all the changes in the old ones before Downpour.

    March is getting out of hand: Silent Hill HD Collection, Downpour AND Resident Evil ORC ? I want to buy all those games, but I wouldnt know what to play first. ARRRGH!

    This delay (once again) doesnt really surprise me, since these games are being delayed so often … It is weird though, I hope it is not a bad sign.

    Here’s hoping this is because they finally contacted Heather Morris so they can have the original voice-over option in both games.

    Me too and its the real reason on delay.

    By the way cant they offer Heather morris dialouge as a dlc option if they cant find her right away or how does things like that work.

    Remember one could download original japanese voice over for a jpn rpg.

    So I guess its possible not that it happens too often though?
