Lone Survivor on Playstation 3 and Vita details released
Since it’s initial 2012 release Jasper Byrne’s indie horror title Lone Survivor has garnered a wealth of critical praise primarily for it’s brilliant soundtrack and enthralling story, and it continues to be nominated for various industry awards. It was announced not too long ago that the game would also be gracing the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita as well, and today we were given some more details on those versions of the game.
There will be additional content for the game which includes 19 new items, new written dialog for NPC characters, new side quests, and a brand new ‘Yellow’ ending. Also the game will support cross-buy and cross-play support, so you’ll only need to buy it once and you’ll be able to play it on either PS3 or on the Vita. Lastly it was announced that the game will be coming out sometime this July, no specific date was given though.
Personally I think the Playstation Vita is this perfect platform for this game, Lone Survivor’s gorgeous art style combine with the Vita’s slick screen is enough to make me salivate.
