Lone Survivor: Director’s Cut delayed until September

Curve Studios, the folks behind the PlayStation 3 and Vita port of Jasper Byrne’s Lone Survivor have announced that the game has been delayed. Instead of releasing in August, the game has been pushed back into a vague September date. The release date has been up in the air for some time now, with only a Summer release being expected. Today we’re at least given a timeframe on when to expect the game.

The studio states that they would rather release an “amazing game” late than a “good game” earlier. No details other than that have been given, but I’ll reach out and see if I can grab some. Curve has told VideoGamer.com that the amount of extra content in this release has prompted the team to spend extra time with QA to ensure a high quality game.
