A brand new trailer for Dead Island: Epidemic has been released. Deep Silver’s MOBA spinoff to the Dead Island series seems like a strange direction for the IP to take, but if this new trailer is anything to go by, it looks like it might be some good fun.
The gameplay trailer goes through the game’s mechanics, features, and combat, by way of a very energetic narrator that just might be giving me an anxiety attack. Slow down, dude!
Custom weapons, skills, powers, and attacks are shown off here, making the game look fast-paced and ridiculous. The game is free to play, or as they call it “free to slay”. I’ve not yet tried it out for myself, but I might. I not a fan of the MOBA genre, but the action oriented focus (direct attacks as opposed to clicking) is welcome.
