Konami has just officially announced that a demo for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate will be hitting the Nintendo 3DS’s eShop service. And with the game being released in a manner of weeks, on March 5th in North America, said demo is coming quite soon.
February 28 is the date, so mark those calendars with divine blood to make the Belmonts proud! An official description by the publisher for the demo follows:
“The free demo will showcase intense whip combat, deep platforming, exploration and spectacular visuals of the highly anticipated title. Players control Trevor Belmont as he takes down the various creatures and minions of Dracula’s fortress. Gamers can also master the combat cross, deal damage with the boomerang, collect hearts and knight scrolls, and face off against the mighty executioner in a battle to the death.”
Sounds like the E3 demo to me! Stay tuned for more Castlevania news as we get closer and closer to Mirror of Fate’s launch. Also, since we’re talking about the eShop, the game will also be available to download on the service right on launch day.
