Bloody Palace mode will be added to DmC via a free update

I'm a college student with a huge passion for gaming; horror being my favorite genre. I like to write about games in my spare time. When I'm not writing, I'm playing or talking about them. Hopefully this continues into what ever future employment I find myself in.

To be released some time after launch, Bloody Palace will bring 100 levels of demon-killing trials, including five boss battles to Ninja Theory’s DmC. The fan coveted mode will be available via a free update and will become unlocked only after completion of the main campaign. Leaderboards will be used, of course, for online bragging of who has the worst carpel tunnel after playing back-to-back levels.

Capcom has released a few screenshots to accompany this announcement, so have at ‘em.

    I don’t understand why this is a free update, I’m assuming they didn’t have time to include it in the retail release?

    Sucks for users without internet, though.
