Whispers in the Dark Ep. 76: Five Nights at SJW’s

On this manic episode of the Whispers’ podcast we talk about the latest film and television that we’ve seen, why I hate Resident Evil: Revelations, the phenomena that is Fight Nights at Freddy‘s, e-drama as of late, the Resident Evil Remaster‘s visual changes, and why we love the Silent Hill series.

It’s kinda annoying that the Wii U is not getting RE remake HD port and not RE Revelations 2 but it’s getting the new Fatal Frame game but it’s not coming over to the US.

Oh I forgot lol. I think you guys should do a commentary on Jacob’s Ladder since that is what Silent Hill was kinda inspired by. I don’t know if you’ve seen it but It’s a really good movie and very nightmarish and disturbing.

In honor of not getting loving pets wet, Gremlins movie commentary for my vote.
You guys made my weekend thanks.

I just realized that I don’t agree with the depiction of “the Whintey” in the Podcast image. I demand an apology XD

As for suggestion for a movie commentary, there is a nice psychological thriller called Chasing Sleep staring Jeff Daniles. It’s a good movie I really recommend it.

You wanted them, here they are… (Drumroll please) My top 5 favorite horror games are:

    1. Dead Space 2
    2. Dead Space
    3. Bioshock (not strictly considered horror but has many horror elements.)
    4. Outlast
    5. Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth (Underrated gem)

Shoutouts to The F.E.A.R. series and the Metro series, The Suffering, Doom 3, Resident Evil 4, and Dead Space Extraction.

Also PT was fucking brilliant i would love if Silent Hill went into first person. It would give the player easier access to see all the gross abominations up close and personal. I did’t mean to shit on your favorite series, it was just such a letdown after i saw the movie (one of my favorites) then moved on to the game.
